Coface and BCCI awarded the 3 most successful Excellent SMEs in Bulgaria

During the celebrations of the 120th anniversary of the Bulgarian chamber of commerce and industry the most successful owners of Excellent SME certificate issued by BCCI and Coface, were awarded for the first time.

In the category “The most successful Excellent SME” the winner was Evromaster Import-Export EOOD, and for “The fastest-growing Excellent SME” the price went to MTM OOD. Otto International EOOD was awarded for “The most effectively managed Excellent SME”.

The Manager of Coface Bulgaria, Mrs. Milena Videnova, said: "The first Excellent SME certificates were issuedlast year by BCCI and Coface Bulgaria with the main objective to promote successful small and medium-sized companies.There are lots of signs that these certificates will become a tradition in good management and achieving innovative solutions for the business."

The main criteria that have been used for selection of this year's winners are the absolute amount and the net profit margin as well as the percentage of growth in turnover. Financial data, financial statements and transparency of companies were taken into account for the ranking of companies and this led to a maximum objectivity in the assessment. Companies included in the ranking have a credit risk score of at least 6, according to the latest financial data. The Chairman of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov emphasized: "BCCI and Coface match with the clear commitment that this contributes not only to the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also to stabilization of local environment for doing business in Bulgaria."

Representatives of the organizers specially greeted the winners and underlined that many other companies in our country deserve those awards for their efforts and professionalism to develop successfully in the current environment. These awards can be a trigger for better management of companies and risks, which is one of the most important preconditions for sustainable growth.
