Milena Videnova was awarded as one of the most successful ladies in Bulgaria at a special ceremony

Due to her achievements Milena Videnova, Country Manager of Coface Bulgaria, was awarded as one of the most successful ladies in Bulgaria at a special ceremony.

For the eighth consecutive year, the annual awards of Magazine and Club Business Lady were presented. The awards are given for great contribution of the Bulgarian business woman in different categories. The event took place on 12^th of June in the capital, welcoming people from the business circles, politics, culture and friends of the magazine. The organizers selected 15 business ladies in 13 categories of public life, business and media. 

Milena Videnova, Country Manager of Coface Bulgaria, won the award in the FINANCIAL SECTOR category, which was awarded for Perfection in Credit Risk Management.

The awards aim to popularize successful management models, effective business practices and adequate human capital development, thus encouraging female entrepreneurship among the Bulgarian public. Business Lady awards are a continuation of the main mission of the Magazine - to support the ladies' position in society by giving voice to their professional successes, qualities and achievements.

In her speech Milena Videnova, Country Managing of Coface Bulgaria, said: "Perfection is not an end goal, it is a journey - step by step. This morning I spoke on "Women Win" - this is a global initiative of the company that I manage - Coface, and I believe that the future is really ahead of us and women have a lot of victories but the victory today is for the team that I lead, consisting not only of women but also of men - people who can show results for which I thank them! ". She also expressed her appreciation to Coface's customers and partners, noting: "We are so good thanks to them!" Milena Videnova thanked her family for their unreserved support. She pointed out that "behind every successful man stands an extremely strong woman, and behind every single successful woman - her family and her mother in particular."

During the initiative of Business Lady `The Business Lady Excellence` conference was held, where lecturers were successful women managers and leaders. The ladies shared their long-term experience, high professional achievements and successful business practices. Milena Videnova took part in the Business Panel and talked on the topic "Women Win" (a reference to Coface's global initiative - "Woman to Win"). She shared her inspirational story, as well as interesting facts indicative that women not only occupy an important place in the business, but also their involvement in leading positions of management is closely linked to the achievement of high results.
